Today we\u2019ll bring you to the discovery of a restaurant that, including location, food and efficiency of the staff, will make, even more memorable, your stay in Florence<\/strong>. It is called \u201cLungarno 23<\/strong>\u201d, like its address and to describe it to you, I\u2019ll begin right from its location, so central to allow you to dine a few metres from Ponte Vecchio, admiring perhaps the most suggestive point of the city, the Uffizi Gallery, in front of Piazza Della Signoria\u2019s Tower, with a glimpse of the dome of the Duomo and of Giotto\u2019s Bell Tower. Great deserved goes to the extreme quality of raw materials, from meat 100 % Original Chianina<\/strong>, certified with I.G.P. mark Brand (protected geographical indication), amazing cheese, passing for season vegetables, all so fresh and traceable, like their own philosophy imposes, here \u201cquality is a mission\u201d. To give you greater confirmation I also advise you to test their Tartare (lean and raw meat) to have proof of it. But for all the pasta lovers, even better if fresh and handmade, I assure you that they\u2019re so incredibly good in first dishes, as in starters (what is better than broad beans and pecorino cheese?!?!) and the homemade desserts, prepared \u2013 as everything in the kitchen of \u201cLungarno 23\u201d \u2013 according to traditional recipes and a thorough search for quality.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are committed to the day-to-day research of the best products. The result can be appreciated by the best sitting at our tables.\u201d they explained to me during one of my dinners in their restaurant. Their mission is to make known and safeguard the heritage of flavours and materials of Tuscan and Italian cuisine in general, from which recipes are often drawn and which enrich the menu. As well as the beers and the wine list, in which here at \u201cLungarno 23\u201d, they have always selected the most refined companies, squeezing the eye to local and national production but also including international excellence.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve already talked you about gorgeous view and the extraordinary cuisine, let\u2019s talk about the service\u2026 impeccable. The staff is made up of prepared boys, very fast and, not last, super kind. Believe me if I tell you that in this place you\u2019ll feel like at home, of course a precious one, with a view (if possible, ask for dinner in the dehor) with no comparison and which offers the possibility to park in the nearest garage, to have a menu for children, to use the \u201d boys library \u201d and with a \u201cDog-friendly<\/strong> \u201d spirit.<\/p>\n
